Maians resemble the stereotypical "Greys" of alien abduction folklore. The Maian weapons are highly advanced. As with the Skedar, not much is known about this race. Elvis's information hints that they live incredibly long lives (Elvis was born in 1703). The Maians are reletively short and all appear the same aside from the clothes they wear. They have been watching the human race for a long time and decided not to interfere for a while as it would cause more confusion and fighting, they will present themselves when they see the human race has matured enough.

First AppearanceEdit

The first Maian seen is Elvis, who is first seen in the cutscene before the start of Area 51 Infiltration.

Famous MaiansEdit

• Elvis - The 'friend' that Daniel Carrington tasks Joanna Dark to rescue from Area 51 before he can be 'cut open like the others'. Later on he wears an American flag vest in Mission 7 and in every mission afterwards (quite possibly an effort on Rare's part to distinguish him from the other Maians, or it was Elvis's own effort to look nice for the president).
